Recently at the Singapore Toy Games and Comic Convention, the POPCulture Online crew embarked on their first ever B-grade style highlights video with a view to entertain readers as well as provide coverage of the atmosphere that those who did not attend would miss out on.
We decided to cosplay (well more like make fun) a western character since it’s heavily influenced by the western comic conventions who goes around looking at incarnations of “himself” as well as other big acts who were in town.
One of them was C.B. Celbulski who at one point wrote content for Ironman comics and is now an international talent scout looking for top undiscovered artists. He actually gave local artist Ben Ang his big break after looking at his portfolio last year and now Ben has drawn 2 covers for Marvel – Spiderman and X23.

Also this highlights video was put together by the POP Crew under my direction, hence directorial debut so I’m doing a Tom Hanks on this one. I direct, Star and Produce…..LOL ok far from an award winning classic but do support us ya!
