The untold story of the man before he became the legend. And in true Ridley Scott fashion, the story builds very nicely in what I find to be a very interesting and different way to tell the tale of Robin Hood.
Russel Crowe is just a bad ass la, he is born to play roles like these. Maybe he was a Gladiator in his previous life. This story is about Robin Hood before he became an outlaw and I think that’s cool because now we can have a sequel.
All the time the story is told where Robin Hood is already living in Sherwood forest but what happens before that? How or what was he before he started robbing the rich and giving to the poor.
Cate Blanchett as lady Marion is such a woman………..shes tough in this film but her words are so elegant. Nice one Ridley Scott, you gave us Gladiator in Sherwood Forest.
