Yes, I’ve met the man himself…….Mr Barack Obama! And you know what, he was in a good mood so he let us have 2 of his burgers for the price of 1……damn nice guy!
Joke’s aside, from all the way in Singapore I’d say both candidates have their strong points. For me, Obama with his charismatic style kind of caught my attention compared to his democratic rival Hilary Clinton earlier this year who showed that she had her strong points.
A woman with the confidence and strength to lead the US seemed a real possibility at that time, added to the fact that her husband had 2 terms as President, which was worth alot to the white house if she succeeded.
However here we are now, Barack Obama potentially the first black President of the US vs John McCain, loads of military experience. How will this affect the world……….it may not be our election but definately an election that will affect us and the rest of the world.
On another note I’ve also got my hands on the Iron Man DVD……the reason I’m adding this movie with this entry is because the movie depicts a very modern day situation esp with the US war on terror.
The DVD was finally released in stores last Friday and I got the limited Iron Man mask edition. See for yourself.
The outside/ casing is pretty much the helmet design and it opens up for the disc storage.
$69.90…..ah nvm la, I’m a comic book fan and this one finally made it to the big screen so why not indulge a little.
