A few weeks ago I received an email stating “Prost! Erdinger Puts the Oompah in Oktoberfest’s 200th Birthday Bash”
First of all…..WOW I didn’t know Oktoberfest is turning 200, I mean that’s like 2 centuries of awesome sausages and beer! It should be a public holiday I tell you!
Secondly……Am I being invited to the launch? I read it a second time and HELL YEAH! So the date was marked down, 16 September at the Swiss Club.
Ah yes for the second year in a row I will being among many Singaporean-Germans and real Germans celebrating the glorious days of song, dance, beer and food! And this thanks to the wonderful people at Impact Asia. They represent Erdinger!
There is NO sitting down during Oktoberfest! Would you believe that people were forming human trains before 9pm? I mean that’s way to early to be high and having fun. See that’s the spirit of Oktoberfest, once you’re at the Swiss club you just let your hair down and have fun. Everyone’s smiling!
Here are some of the lovely people at Impact Asia! Thank you so much for the company and conversations all evening, I really had a great time being back for Oktoberfest again!
Old friends were there too! Elena from APB, who wanted to play bond girl for the night……..no problem babe, I’ll let my agent know you’re interesting in the part.
The very nice Lynda from Impact Asia who invited me to the event and the main man himself, brother Kevin! You were the culprit who told Impact Asia to get me down, thank you man, it was really thoughtful of you!
But hor……Kevin you didn’t seem drunk……means we gotta do this again. Haha!
And lastly to the amazing crew who had to deal with the madness of the crowd. You guys made Oktoberfest possible!
